I realized this meant there was something bigger and more exciting out there for me. It was a time to reflect on what I loved, liked, and disliked about my previous job. Scheduling Interviews) After the holidays, the interviews started coming in fast. Again, I was receiving around 12 job opportunities per week. By providing my calendar to recruiters, they were able to quickly schedule a time to chat since my availability was updated in real time.
